This three-day, two-night journey combining the natural wonders of Halong Bay with the spiritual serenity of Yen Tu Mountain. Day 01: Hanoi - Halong Bay cruise
Get picked up from your hotel at 9:00 AM and transferred via the highway through the Red River Delta to Halong City.
Halong Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is renowned for its emerald waters and thousands of towering limestone islands topped with rainforests. This natural wonder is dotted with grottoes, caves, and floating villages, offering a picturesque and tranquil escape.
Upon arrival, board your vessel around noon and enjoy a delicious lunch while cruising through the stunning limestone islets scattered across the bay.
In the afternoon, take part in kayaking among the karsts and marvel at the breathtaking scenery of Halong Bay, or choose to swim at one of its pristine beaches.
As the day comes to a close, partake in a sunset party and happy hour on the top deck while the boat sails smoothly to its overnight anchorage, surrounded by beautiful islands. Dinner will be served on board, and you'll spend the night under the starry sky amidst the islands.

Day 02: Halong Bay cruise - Yen Tu Mountain
Wake up early to witness the sunrise over the breathtaking landscape of Halong Bay, if you wish - a serene experience best enjoyed with a cup of tea or coffee.
After a light breakfast, embark on a rowing boat tour to explore a natural tunnel, and visit a floating village. Marvel at the limestone formations and the tranquil beauty of the bay as you row through the emerald waters.
Return to the main boat, check out, and enjoy an early lunch while cruising through another stunning section of Halong Bay. This part of the journey offers a last glimpse of the majestic karst formations and the serene, emerald waters before reaching the pier.
Disembark from the boat between 11:00 and 11:30, depending on the boat and tide conditions then take a private transfer to the Yen Tu.
Yen Tu Mountain, located about 50 km from Halong City, is Vietnam's most renowned religious attraction. Known for its stunning landscapes and ancient pagodas, it is the birthplace of the Truc Lam Yen Tu Zen Sect. Dubbed the "capital of Buddhism" in Vietnam, Yen Tu has preserved a vast system of pagodas, temples, and relics for over 700 years. Visiting Yen Tu offers a journey through spiritual and natural beauty, providing a profound sense of peace.

Day 03: Yen Tu Mountain explore - Hanoi
After breakfast, transfer by electric car to the foothill of Yen Tu Mountain, then walk to the cable car station for a ride up the mountain. Enjoy the stunning views from the cable car, showcasing the ancient pagodas, temples, and towers nestled within the vast primitive forests of Yen Tu.
Visit one of the pagodas within the 2,800 hectares of the Yen Tu Forest Natural Reserve, home to a diverse tropical ecosystem. Be ready to capture photos of the impressive limestone mountains.
Continue with a hike along concrete paths under the shade of pine trees to reach the Hue Quang Tower Garden. Here, you'll find the tower housing the statue of Buddhist King Tran Nhan Tong, the founder of the Truc Lam Zen Sect. The marble statue depicts the king in a meditative pose.
Proceed up the steps to Hoa Yen Pagoda, a small pagoda built during the Ly Dynasty (11th century). Explore the pagoda before returning via cable car to the foothills.
Take the electric car back to the van, then drive to visit the Truc Lam Monastery, the headquarters of the Truc Lam Zen Buddhism Sect in Vietnam. After exploring the monastery, embark on your drive back to Hanoi, arriving around 3:30 PM. Trip ends.
